Inspired by my lifelong passion for untamed wilderness and the innate beauty of nature, this creature is a personal favorite. Once intended to be a marionette, I decided such a noble and wild creature of the forest could not be held back by strings. However, given its puppet-like origin, he can move and pose via carved, articulated joints. The flora sprouting from his body was sourced from shucked corn after a family BBQ, real moss from my 7-year-old daughter’s fairy garden, and synthetic moss from her unicorn terrarium. She hasn't noticed.
